  : Perfect location right in the centre of Ortigia. Five minutes away from the cathedral and the Artesian well.
  : It didn't really bother us, but you need to know that the courtyard is a restaurant and comes with the respective noise.

  : Literally the worst accommodation I have ever been in.. the place does not look at all as the one you see in photos. The dialogue with the owner is almost impossible, the reply to my messages came very late. We arrived in the location on the 31st of December to see that the place is dirty, the kitchen sink was disgusting, the floor had sticky stains on it, and the furniture had bread crumbs on it and who knows what else.. the tv not working, even though they confirmed it did .. I had to go and buy napkins and sponges for the dishes.. in the evening it was starting to get cold and we didnt have anything to warm up with. I was freezing cold and sending message after message to the owner, and nobody replied until the next day. We started searching for another place to stay, but couldnt find anything. Luckily, I found the air conditioner remote hidden under an extra pillow The owner gave us the option to leave the accommodation and receive our money back but since we didnt find anything else, we had to remain there. The other option they gave us was to clean the apartment more thoroughly the next day. Guess what: NOBODY came to clean the apartment for as long as we stayed there (until the 3rd of January).I really really do not recommend this place! Worst scam ever!

  : The location two steps away from the duomo of Ortigia, but in a court detached from the noise of the street. The residence manager was also extremely nice and offered us a buffet breakfast
  : Breakfast offer could be improved, but its really a minor detail.

  : Very nice host Bianca. She was very helpfull. Beautiful yard with big tree, ideal for romantic breakfest. Very spacious room with 2 beds.
  : The kitchen was a little bit dirty and sticky. Whole aparmtent was little stinky. There was mold at some places. But maybe it was caused by the off-season.

  : Nothing. That was a total disaster. A complete let down, it made our stay in Ortigia a nightmare.
  : Sadly our stay in this apartment was truly horrible. Dont believe the opinions given in the booking. Its far worse then you may expect. The place was simply: - dirty, dusty and uncomfortable, tiny, noisy and squeaky - the kitchenette area full of dust and dirt + the dirty olive oil container covered with a layer of mould on the top of it , the sticky fridge and everything around the sink- the 1 cm long bugs (silverfish to be precise, big fat and insolent, crawling on the walls and floor - noisy - you clearly hear the conversations and every step or movement from the neighbouring apartments - I was unlucky with a couple making lots of noise at 2 pm and in the early morning - for example you can hear the hair dryer working while sitting on the ground floor - if you use the heating, forget about the water in the sink or in the shower - dirty bedsheets - the reception not answering the texts after 9 pm - tv set not working - feels unsafe to stay - unexpected visits from some technician, not announced by the hotel nor accompanied by someone from the crew My worst experience in Sicily so far.
