  : Clean room, great location, parking at your disposal.
  : I am honestly shocked to read all the positive comments about the host/owner, an unkind, bad-mannered, arrogant, overbearing person, I guess he has his preferences but I think he was one of the worst hosts I have had in the many places I have stayed. As for the room, it was not worth the price, the bed was super uncomfortable, the windows were not soundproof so I slept super bad, at midnight I could hear all the noise outside, in the morning the same. In short, I regret having stayed in this place. Super bad experience, I felt so unwelcomed, I wanted to leave since I arrived.

  : Even before we arrived at the property, the owner, Giovanni, was in constant touch with us to ensure he understood all our requirements so that he could make our stay as comfortable as possible. When an owner is personally involved in the daily running of a property, you know you're in good hands and everything will be in ship shape! Whenever we would leave or return from a day out, we'd meet Giovanni. He would personally serve us fresh croissants and hot beverages every morning and enquire about our day's plan. He personally helped us with our luggage on arrival and during departure. He organised daily parking for our rented car superbly. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. The B & B is superbly located with so much of Siracusa's old town just a walking distance away. Also there are many restaurants all around, as well as the waterfront from where we could see beautiful sunsets. The famous Puppet Museum and Theater are also walking distance away.
