: We did a tour of the south of Rome, and this was the best place we stayed. Although the rooms arnt on the sunny side the rooms where space and ‘cozy’ just as described. Was supper easy to walk from the underground station and easy to get to everything on foot if you wanna save your euros. We walked to the colosseum every day - about 30 mins, everything is walkable from there if your fit :) comfy bed and effective air conditioning

: Amazing location! You can easily go everywhere with bus (or even walk to city center) and metrostation is also quite near. Good communication beforehand.Early check-in was possible and host was waiting for us just like agreed.
: Quite noisy house. There was not enough toilet paper and not dishwashing powder.

: The host was very friendly; he helped us with some nice restaurants and with a small problem with the key, while it was quite late night. We especially liked this district in Testaccio. It's just outside the busy touristy area Trastevere, 10-15 minutes walk if you want to go there, and nice and quiet between the local people when you walk outside of a big shared courtyard. Don't forget to take a coffee, ice cream or glass of wine at the square behind the building.
: The appartment was neat but not extremely clean, like dust on some little edges and an odor in the kitchen. Only noticeable if you look closely.

: The hostess Barbara was in touch prior to our arrival and met us and then explained everything perfectly. She was always available for questions and everything went smoothly.
: The only negative thing I can say is that several of the pots had been put away without having been washed.
