  : Resturant staff and food was nice.
  : Pre Organised a transfer through them, unfortunately our trains where late and we arrived 20 minutes behind schedule. We gave them over 30 minutes notice that we where running late and our new arrival time but they continued to charge us an extra 20 euro on top of the original price.   : Very good value for the money. The hotel is located in wonderful place. Its territory is a great plus. We stayed there two times for one night in a few different rooms. First time it was family room with 2 bedrooms, second time 2 dbl rooms with living room each. All rooms had a small kitchen with all necessary for light cooking (cutlery, pots, cups, wine glasses, cut board so on). Everything is clean, cosy rooms, all in order. No kettle but there is pot if you need to boil some water. Neat shower with bathgel and soap. Beds are comfortable with clean linnen. Both times we checked in late night and hotel has duty receptionist who can assist you in such case. Very helpful, painstaking, careful. Also hotel has a parking zone. Swimming pools we didnt use as it was quite cool weather already. Lowely place highly recommended if you search nice place for low price.
  : Its not that i didnt like smth but you have to be ready that hotel is not new one. As we came at night we had possibility to evaluate the dark road leading to the hotel (of course its not hotels fault). Day time all ok. I prefere brighter lighting in the living room and kitchen.

  : My stay at the 4-star hotel presented a mixed bag of experiences. While the accommodation had potential, several notable issues detracted from the overall experience. The room itself was chilly, lacking proper heating and any extra blankets, which made it uncomfortable during the colder November days. Maintenance problems compounded the discomfort: a blocked handbasin with stagnant water for an extended period, a bathroom fan that seemed to have evaded cleaning for eons, and showers taken in dim lighting due to a malfunctioning fixture. The cleanliness of the floors left much to be desired, as they felt sticky and unkempt. A change of rooms didn't alleviate the situation; the new room also had its fair share of shortcomings. A broken shower attachment and a toilet bearing unsightly brown calcium deposits were far from the standard one would anticipate in a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, the absence of basic amenities was disappointing. The lack of slippers, bathrobe, shower caps, and other usual accessories expected in a 4-star establishment left a lot to be desired. The provision of only soap felt minimalistic and did not match the expectations associated with a higher-rated hotel. In conclusion, while the potential for a comfortable stay was present, the numerous maintenance issues, lack of basic amenities, and cleanliness oversights detracted significantly from the overall experience. These factors collectively diminished the value and comfort expected from a 4-star hotel, leaving much room for improvement.
