  : So many unnecessary rules. Example: 3 euros per piece of item you put in the minibar. Only hotel snacks and beverages are allowed in it. Worst hotel breakfast weve ever had. Poor selection and bad quality.

  : It s not a 4 stars hotel, maybe it was n 1900. Everything is old. The staff and management are also stuck back in time. They insisted to make a copy of my credit card. I insisted to make a preautorization for a deposit, to give them cash money for deposit until we live but they refused. It is not normal to make copy of the card, this are personal. Ask for depozit. For the towels from the pool they put me to sign on a small hand writted paper by the lady from the reception that n case I don't give them back I have to pay. We are n 2023, you could give us at check in a card for towels. This is not a hotel for a vacation.

  : Very clean hotel and in very good condition.one very good member was the waiter who was doing the resedents bar a really nice guy very help full and friendly didnt get his name
  : Some of the staff not very nice ,on one occasion after my wife and i came back after a long day out we noticed the toilet paper was almost empty my wife went to the reception and was told you need to let us know this before 4pm we were out all day and the cleaners are supose to re stock the toilet paper when cleaning the room we should not have had to ask .also be vefy carefull this hotel has stealth charges you cant leave any of your own products in the fridge or they will 3e per item per day ( the warning card for this charge was hidden behind a bottle of water in the fridge not on the front door of the fridge it was not visible ) also there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we got there we tbought complimentry but they werent ,on the card it explains the cost is 3e per bottle .

  : The swimming pool with the bar is just exceptional including very kind barmen
  : The personnel at the reception desk rude and without any help. They refuse to make lunch pack requested at 5pm for the day after, they refuse registration 20 min before official timing, they didnt bring shampoo after request
