  : Nothing about this property other than the beaches, but honestly stay ELSEWHERE!! This place is a total joke. Its not a 4*, its a 2*!! Ive stayed in better hostels than this place.
  : Here is the list:1) no wifi in the room even though the website clearly states they have it.2) no do not disturb sign on the doors so be prepared to have cleaners walk in whether they wish. This happened several times to us and it was honestly NOT ON. 3) breakfast was a joke. I asked for a hot boiled egg. They said it wasnt possible.4) i complained to a manager and was told theyd contact me. Nothing. I gave up at this point. And went to other hotels for my meals.5) apart from the reception staff who were friendly and tried to help, when I had questions in terms of the bigger problems, there was no management whatsoever. 6) I booked a transfer and they never came to collect me. I had to contact the main booking office. They call themselves a 4* but this place is a 2*! Dont stay here.

  : Our property wasnt the biggest but it was perfect for the whole family. The air conditioning offered a nice breeze after getting out of the sun.

  : The location and the beach is nice
  : The whole complex is run down, the staff are only young students with little o no idea how to treat a guest, the rooms are old and not clean, there is no shuttle so depending on where your apartment is located quite a lot of walking involved. The drinks are expensive (6 euro a simple beer), the food is not even regular but bad in terms of variety and quality. In addition for whatever request you might have there is 0 flexibility. Our room key did not even work when we arrived and this was not really fixed at all. No WIFI in the rooms and only in some special areas you can access (reception, restaurant)

  : The property itself is beautiful. The vegetation, the crystal water, and the wildlife is simply stunning.
  : I could go on all day about the things I didnt like about this resort. First and foremost, the service was absolutely, positively, AWFUL. Every single staff member we interacted with did their job regretfully. From the concierge to restaurant staff, and from the excursions staff to the maid service every single thing was less than mediocre. The air conditioning in the rooms blew as much hot air as it blew cold air. Nobody was willing to accommodate or wanted to accommodate the guests, and it was a regular occurrence for a staff member to point to someone else and say ask them, only for that new person to point to the original person and say ask them. Our beds werent even made properly - they just covered the mattress with sheets and didnt even put the mattress cover on all the way! Half of the mattress was exposed when got into bed. Overall, this place only survives because of the beach and location. Otherwise, its a joke of a resort! They made us pay cash for everything up front, could not charge anything to our room, and complained when we asked how to get from one place to another. Luckily, they had an ATM next to the concierge. I can tell this place is run by penny pinchers, and the management clearly does not focus on the performance of their staff. I do not recommend to anyone that is looking for a clean, relaxing stay at a resort in Sardinia. Go anywhere else!
