  : the location was good
  : the air conditioning was extremely loud and made a banging noise. no shade to block the 5:30 am sunlight. not even water for the room was free. our staff thrown on floor by cleaning crew every day.

  : it was very small and quiet - we were the only residents. you are given breakfast in the nearby hotel Bizentina which was absolutely wonderful food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good views of Positano from the road. Close enough to Positano to walk everywhere and far enough out that it was very quiet.
  : Parking was available nearby, but it costs an additional 40 per night.

  : The staff who responds to queries was very friendly and helpful to provide necessary info. The breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and venue.
  : Location of the hotel was no clearly marked. There are thousands of steps to climb up and down in reaching the room, which has no aircon nor internet. I prefer to pay more to stay in the main complex where the restaurant locates. But info of these was no provided.

  : Very picturesque and lovely place to stay - staff very helpful, room was lovely and breakfast was great. beautiful view overlooking positano, and compared to prices of other hotels around the area this one was very reasonable.
  : Difficult to find - didn't realise it was inside the conca d'or hotel so spent a long time looking for it. Steps on the way up are quite long so dont recommend walking from port with luggage. Slightly overpriced for what you're getting - doesn't have a pool, gym etc.

  : Long walk from main beach. Local bus always full and running a 30min-40 min cycle. Dinner is totally overpriced compared to local restaurants.

  : The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was beautiful and as pictured. The breakfast in the morning was a good spread, too. The local bus stop is right at the bottom of the stairs which made going down to the beach area very easy.
  : There were no clear directions on how to get from the ferry port to the hotel. We used google maps and it was a nightmare ending with tears and hurting legs. When arriving to the street of the hotel there was only 1 sign. You have to go inside the building that have the restaurant name, not the hotel name. We passed it going up and down the stairs twice. An email from the hotel the day before arriving with the best way to get to the hotel would have been greatly appreciated.

  : It was too far from the town centre. We were told we had sea views but all we saw from Room 607 were FIG trees. The property is excessively overpriced. I do not recommend this property to capture the beauty of Positano
