Endless stairs to move around the hotel. A totally deceiving experience which left us unhappy even about Positano as a whole.Do not go there.

  : The location is perfect and a beautiful hotel with amicable views.
  : The fact that the pool closes at 7pm this is too early considering the beach access and club was closed, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. At breakfast, it seems like the hotel was not prepared as there was a shortage of Cutlery and crockery and had to wait long for some food items.

  : We had a fantastic suite. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom suite with a spectacular view. Our friends were placed in a junior suite next to us, which allowed us to enjoy the experience of Positano together. The rooms, and especially the outside deck and balcony, were spacious and clean. The pool area was excellent, with friendly and personable staff. Great fitness room overlooking the ocean. It is truly situated in the best location in Positano. The shuttle service was worth the price of having to valet our car.
  : When we booked the hotel, there was no mention of the Remmesse Beach House being shut down for the season on the day of our arrival. We were disappointed that we had no access to the beach, despite the Beach House being one of the main reasons we chose to stay at the property. The breakfast was also relatively poor for a 5-star hotel, especially the scrambled eggs.

  : Bar staff at pool and beach club - surly and unhelpful - let the whole hotel down bathroom definitely too small.
