  : Property was situated close to the Palermo Centrale. Ease of check in and able to drop my bags off earlier. Breakfast was basic but very good.
  : There is street noise and as with most accommodation in Italy lots of stairs to reach the accommodation.

  : Central location near train station and airport bus terminus. Easy to walk to Palermos attractions. Very good breakfast and delightful staff.

  : Very nice room. Location was excellent for my situation, near to the railway station and the bus station. I had to take a bus to the airport in the middle of the night and the bus stop was just about 5-10 minutes away. Nice balcony on the room
  : The payment for the room was not through booking.com but through some other website. I did not know about this until after may stay when the owner told me about it via a Whatsapp message. I don't know what went wrong, maybe I may have missed this information in the booking process, but I suggest you inform customers clearly about it on Booking's website.

  : The room was very pretty, well decorated, comfy bed, pleasant bathroom.
  : Although the intention is the sweetest, I got woken up by the people taking their breakfast in front of my room, making so much noise, which kind of ruined my morning.I wouldn't recommend this place if you want quiet in the morning

  : Cleaning, the location, room size, and the Staff Sympathy. The breakfast was okay, there were not too many options but was more than enough.
  : Noise! The sound isolation was horrible! Hard to fall asleep, and easy to wake up from outside noises! Our private bathroom was opposite the apartment and was not pleasant to us.

  : Very convenient location, so close to to the train terminal and buses good breakfast, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
  : Four flights of stairs was too many to carry 2 suitcases weighing 18 kgs. The bottom flight of stairs did nit have a hand rail. I did not feel very safe at night.

  : Extremely convenient if you travel by train. Location is the best quality. Just 2mins walk from central station and about 15-20mins walk to main pedestrian area with restaurants. The high ceiling in the room. Bed was comfortable. Balcony window to look down at the street. Great natural light from small balcony. The best experience was with Nadia, who spoke English and getting stuff done. She made the stay much more pleasant during our 3 night stay. Great wifi. Shower head decently strong.
  : Noise is an issue if you want good sleep. Breakfast table was right outside everyones room. Breakfast from 8-10am and noise begins before 8am until staff is done cleaning rooms. Street noise can be loud even with windows closed. The breakfast we could just do without. Few flights of stairs with heavy luggage can be challenging for some.

  : Great location, 2 minutes walk from the Palermo Central station. The room was clean and cosy, and well furnished. The breakfast was the best we have experienced in Italy. It was nice to have a savoury option. Air conditioning worked. Shower was hot with decent water pressure. Overall better than many other places we have stayed at higher prices. I see others complained about noise, but we didn't find that to be the case. It's about normal for Italian apartment style buildings in our experience.
  : The shower in our room could use a deep clean and some maintenance. It's a bit grubby and brings down the experience.. The bed was too soft for my preference, but understand this is personal taste.
