  : Even though, we did a last minute booking, we were accommodate without any problems. Dimora Annulina is very well located, just nearby the central train station in Palermo. It's really easy to get to the historic city center from there. The staff was kind and nice, the room was cleaned, the bedding was fresh. The Internet connexion is really good. The breakfast was rich in various sweets and croissants as well as good Italian coffee.

  : Location very close to the station and the busiest area of Palermo. I had a problem with the reservation dates, my fault and the manager was very helpful and managed to change dates without a fine.
  : The accommodation is old but for a large group like mine with a lot of young people, it was very convenient and at a very advantageous price. The staff does not speak English, communicating through google translator, which complicates the communication.

  : The host - an elder sir who received us - was extremely kind. He received us very well and made sure we understood everything we should about the room, so he deserves all the credit. Location is also good if looking at a place very close to the main train station.
  : It is a place with lots of potential, with some room for improvement. Breakfast could definitely be better... it was basic, with plastic cups for the coffee, artificial juice, a few packaged cookies and (luckily) some freshly bakes 'cornetti'. Also, the lay out of the room could be improved, as well as the maintenance of small details, little things broken etc. Small adjustments which would make a lot of difference, and benefit the owners a lot ;-)

  : Big room with a private bathroom. Every day room was cleaned.
  : Check in after 20.00 must be paid in 20The breakfast was included in the price and it was really disappointing. No Wi-Fi connection in my room. There was no English speaking staff there.
