  : The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They were very kind and held my bags for a few hours after I had checked out. The location was perfect and very central.
  : The carpet in the room…no matter how much you clean carpet, it’s not clean.

  : The location is superb, very close to major piazzas, cafes, restaurants, shops, and outdoor markets. The hotel is very close to bus routes to the train station, near Teatro Verdi. The station is within walking distance, but it's good to have the bus option if you have luggage. My room was spacious, with lots of natural light, and a very comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and made sure I had a room at the quiet end of the building. The breakfast offerings are more than sufficient to ensure a good start to the day. This hotel is a good option for a pleasant stay.
  : The handheld shower should be set higher, so that one can stand under it. The bracket provided was very low, near the edge of the bath, and would not hold the shower head in place. It was difficult to shower with only one hand, while trying to keep the shower head from wetting the bathroom floor.
