: The location was wonderful - close to anything in the centre of Padova! Clean and spacious. I would go back.
: In the bathroom there was no hair conditioner. The breakfast was okay but not wonderful. A fruit salad would be nice (it was there only one of the 6 days), as well as more vegetarian, savoury options. There was a coffee machine with awful coffee. Only the second day I discovered that one could order coffee/ cappuccino at the bar (nobody told me). When, on the next days, I tried to get the attention of the waiters to order a coffee they would ask me what I wanted from across the room —I found it unprofessional and quite embarrassing to have to shout my order across the room. Moreover, the more senior waitresses did not seem particularly kind with the younger waiters/waitresses. I would recommend a training session for waiters/waitresses to remind them to be as polite as it can be expected from a 4 star hotel, both to costumers and to each others.
