  : The pool and the pool bar are great, the reception staff are very nice and helpful. We have also enjoyed the restaurant and the live music (some days of the week) is a very pleasant bonus. The location very close to the city centre and the port is extremely convenient. I liked the fact that the hotel has an agreement with the Alimini beach nearby (a great sandy beach) and you get to buy from the reception a voucher for front row sunchairs (and umbrellas). All in all it was a very pleasant stay, I would definitely go back.
  : There is a good selection of food for the breakfast, everybody will find something to eat in the morning, but a bit repetitive and for a 4* hotel, I've seen better. The cleaning personnel is not very helpful. I had to ask twice, two different cleaners, for a shampoo refill. But overall, really minor inconveniences.

  : We loved this hotel, the staff were so friendly especially on reception. Our room was large, two good size wardrobes, a safe, toiletries, fridge and a balcony with drying facilities. Decor is a bit dated but very much in the italian style you find in most hotels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were really high quality. Air conditioning was a bit warm the first night and you can't really change the temperature in the room however if you go to reception they can adjust it for you and then it was great. Hotel is relaxing and quiet, the pool area was beautiful and peaceful, with lots of beds and chairs but it can get a bit busy later in the afternoon. We ate at the pool bar, the food was simple, a bit slow to come out sometimes but it was really tasty. They also have a good selection of drinks including proper coffees, beers, wines and icecreams. The pool was much larger than we expected a good depth all the way along and you can do a really good length when swimming. Lots of spaces for your car if you have one however again it does get busy in the later afternoon. The Hotel is so convenient for the town and beach it is literally a 5 min walk to the promenade with all the restaurants and bars and around 7 mins to the old town. We loved to walk down in the morning and then again at night to watch the sunset, get some drinks and then dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to be back.
  : Braakfast had a good selection of different items however was a bit basic. I can understand why people didn't like it, we found it to be adequate but we have experienced better quality products in other parts of Italy. The fact we couldn't adjust our air conditioning was a bit annoying when we arrived and it would have been good to know a quick trip to reception can sort it out. Would be good if guests were informed of this on arrival or on the website.

  : Great town and hotel was five minute walk away from seaside. Enjoyed the room, spa was spectacular. Continental breakfast was appreciated as well.
  : WiFi really never worked in our room. Kept alerting staff but they were never able to solve. Hurt us because we were unable to work from hotel :( Only place we were truly able to get steady WiFi was in the hotel lobby
