  : A central location and a very comfortably and newly renovated room. The host was attentive and polite and took the trouble to make me feel looked after. I could not fault the facilities, with the possible exception of the single issue mentioned below, which I understand and have some sympathy with.
  : The photograph on the website shows a frontage that is not visible from the road, which made the property hard to locate. The first impression of the exterior is not encouraging, but the interior is extremely clean and modern and I could not fault it. The single issue mentioned above was that the drinks provided for guests to make in the room did not include coffee, as would be the case in most B&Bs outside of Italy, but is typical of local practice. I assume this is because the Italians simply can't bring themselves to descend to the level of instant coffee when they have so much excellent local coffee available. The host did bring me a coffee on my arrival when I questioned this, and offered me another when I left, though by then I had already have to go out and find a cafe for breakfast and his offer was as I was going out the door. It's a small issue and, as I say, I understand it.
