  : The only positive aspect about this apartment is the location.
  : We were extremely disappointed with the apartment. Firstly, it looked completely different from the pictures online. The room only had 1 window, which faced a shabby courtyard, so the room was pretty dark. But that was just the start: All the furniture looked extremely run down and shabby. There were cracks in the ceiling, holes from cigarettes which had burnt the bedhead, the toilet seat was loose, the shower mouldy, etc. Also the walls are really thin and you can understand every word your neighbours say. But the lowlight of our stay was, when the door frame of the bathroom fell down and almost hit my husband. We contacted the owner (which we never met in person, just via whatsapp) and although they sent someone to fix the frame, they did little else to compensate our inconvenience. Within the building, there are several apartments rented by Terrazza Aragon. We suppose that the rooms look quite different and we were extremely unlucky to get the shabby apartment. Also we found the title "SPA" quite misleading. There are no spa services included in the price. You have to pay extra for them. All in all I would NOT recommend staying at this place!!!

  : The host was very friendly and the location was perfect.
  : The shower was dirty with mold everywhere and the shower was leaking so the whole bathroom was wet. There were also mold stains on the walls of the room. The bed sheets smelled bad. It was most of the time not possible to connect to the WIFI in the room. The only window in the room was facing the common stairs. It was also very noisy with a barking dog and screaming child from the neighbors downstairs (who live there permanently).

  : The staff are very helpful, and the location was safe and quiet. For the money, you cannot complain too much about the leaking shower etc.
  : The walls are extremely thin, so really not ideal for couples!
