  : The room was nice but please read the rest!!! Huge warnings that I wished someone else had included in their reviews below:
  : It was like being dropped off in the slums. We were horrified at the location. Even the taxi driver did a double take. Entrance is in an alley, signage hard to find and covered in rubbish. You find your way into a front door. Then there is a courtyard where we worked out it was building B and the rooms were on level 7. The elevators are small, doors don't quite close, are old and scary and... 5c coin operated and so, since we were not told of this, we could not use it as we had no 5c coin. This means carrying our 25kg suitcase and backpacks up 7 flights of stairs. You can imagine how we felt about this... To top it off it felt like there would be someone dodgy waiting at every corner of the stair case as it was so dodgy. Then when we got to the top, we rang the bell and... no one was there, even though I called ahead. Called again and finally someone decided to come. No English but nice guy. Showed us the room. Was like walking into Narnia. Nice room, nice area and tidy. We were exhausted and took the keys. View of the sea was only visible by looking sideways off a balcony over another gross alley. First thing we did was go on the hunt for another place to stay and we ended up leaving early.

  : The room was small and just ok.
  : What I mostly didn't like was being charged an additional 30 euros for checking in at 10 pm when the listing clearly states that the hotel offers 24/7 reception and states nothig about an additional charge. The breakfast was sparse offering one cup of coffee, two pieces of salami, some dry toast, and a little juice. And I paid the extra 30 euros but after asking twice, I never received my 10 euros change. All of a sudden he didn't understand my English. This is the first bad review I have ever written about an accommodation.

  : Clean, comfortable room. Very central location, close to the historic center and to the port/bus to airport.
  : Sometimes communication with the owner had some flaws, but they were okay to fix. Prices are quite high: I understand that September is a high demand month in Naples, but it still feels high.

  : Location was very convenient for all the transportation links in Naples. The room was extremely clean. The balcony was brilliant with a view over the port and mount Vesuvius.The shower was amazing.
  : The bed and pillows were very hard. The lady serving breakfast was very rude. The best way to describe this accommodation, is there are 4 individual bedrooms with an en-suite ( all very modern and extremely clean) with another room used to serve you a breakfast. (A bit like a small university hall of residence ) The lady is rather rude, even sshh us one morning because we said good morning to her. It was 8:05 am. Breakfast was 8 am -9:30 am. I witnessed her say to another couple on two mornings sit down very sharply . I know not everyone speaks English, but if you work in hospitality surely speaking another 1 or 2 languages is a must. The entrance and weird walk way through a run down internal courtyard was horrible, then there was a strange old rickety lift where you had to put in 5 cents to use certain times of the day ( the owner gave it to you) made me feel a little uncomfortable . This is not how the rooms were though, it was very modern and clean once inside.

  : Was very close to all the ferries and the main shopping area, super clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom when we figured out how to use the shower was great. Having a terrace with a great view was a bonus.
  : Lots of keys to get in and out of the rather rundown building. A smile from the breakfast waitress would have been nice, we were obviously an inconvenience to her day. Language barrier maybe ?

  : A good option for a short stay. The location was okay but not the best for Napoli. Super close to the port if you're planning to go to Capri or other locations.
  : The building is a bit sketchy, the elevator is super old and works only on certain levels. You need coins for it to work. We didn't use it and were walking up the stairs. It's quite a walk to the 7th floor... Also, the owner of the place does not speak English at all, so it was hard to communicate.

  : Staff the owner and her husband are very rude and shouting for no reason and in helpful Andi dont know what to say because it was a very bad experience and breakfast was not good and really I paid money and they took more money 30 euros by force-as we checked out late which is very strange
