: We paid city tax (tourist tax) with Booking.com and even though we showed proof of this we were still made to pay it again by the manager on arrival. When we questioned this again we were told to take up with Booking.com. they have never replied to the matter. Also the photographs and written description of this place indicated breakfast is included, in fact the photos show it being supplied in this so called guesthouse, as one would expect. But the manager said we had to go to a local Cafe and get it but when asked which one there was a vague gesture outside with the statement that it would probably not be open the next day anyway.
  : Attitude of management.

: Central location above one of the main walking streets in the entire city. But the room feels very quiet and private. The balcony gives you a chance to get out and be a part of the city. The homeowners were very nice and helpful. They gave you vouchers to a local caf, which was very nice.
: The hot water in the shower is on and off. Its hard to figure out exactly how to have a decent shower. without the water going cold, and then hot again. Not a deal breaker just talk to the homeowners about it.

: We were charged 30 EUR for entering in the room for the check-in at 9:32 PM instead of 9:30, although this was not mentioned on booking when doing the reservation. We did not receive any invoice for this extra charge! Also, no details in regards to the check-in were provided in advance, so we were also delayed because we were trying to figure out how to get upstairs since the door was covered in graffiti so it was not looking like an entrance. We did inform the host with one day in advance that we will arrive around 10 (NOT in the morning) and we will text them with one hour in advance for them to get to the property. Due to the language barrier they did not understand so they complained about going to the property 3 times during that day for waiting for us! Self check-in should be available in 2024, considering that traffic, trains and flights have strange hours or can be delayed! The building is in a bad condition, breakfast pictures are FAKE because it is not on site so you receive a voucher for a coffee shop for a croissant and a coffee, so it can hardly be considered a breakfast.

: Amazing location in Naples busiest street, very close to all turist attractions. The room was big and recently remodelled. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The balcony was amazing, perfect for getting a sense of the city. The owners were very nice and friendly and I got good tips for places to eat from them. Wifi worked well.
: A bit noisy but thats what you get in Naples city Center.
