  : The location is perfect for exploring the city! The room is spaceous, new and nicely decorated. The check in process was smooth - it is a self check in and you have to fill a form before your arrival to get codes to enter. I saw some reviews that said you have to climb to th 4th floor, but there is now an elevator so that is great.
  : The communication was a bit impersonal and wierd. We never saw the host and all the messages I received prior to our arrival were auto-generated and automatic. I had some questions about an early check-in but it was like sending messages to the void, I would never get an answer, just another automatic message a few days later. In most messages they were pushing some english speaking drivers to transfer us to the property, even though I said we were not interested in my first message.The only non-automatic message I got was on the day of our departure. We left a bit after 8, and I received a message to leave the money for city taxes in the room around 8:40. That was a bit of a hassle because we had already left the room to get to the airport and that message could be sent the day before. I dont get why they sent it when they did and not before. In their policies iz says to let them know if you are leaving before 8 because that is considered an early check-out, so I would get if that was the case but we left after 8. After I replyed that we had alredy left, they sent me a link to transfer the money, days later. So all in all, I would say the communication with the host is the biggest problem, but not something that is unbearable. Just a bit wierd and impersonal.

  : Fantastic location and a peaceful homely space to find back to. It felt cared for.

  : Clean, well done. Amazing location and I liked the keypad system.
  : The toilet sometimes kept running so it was wasting water and so sometimes didnt flush properly. The property was also quite warm and we were not sure how to cool it down.
