  : The first night we stayed here we had an awesome room. Very comfortable bed and great shower.
  : However we came back a few nights later and the room was the complete opposite. Very dated, uncomfortable beds and falling apart. So rooms were night and day between the two experiences.

  : I ironed a brand new Polo Ralph Lauren shirt on the night before my check out and put the shirt inside the closet. On the date of check out after packing luggage left in a hurry forgetting my t shirt in the closet. I called the same date to report the situation asking them to deliver the t shirt to me which I was willing to pay for. When reception and housekeeping reported back to me they said they checked but no shirt was left inside the room. This left me with a very bad taste and felt I was robbed by the housekeeper who checked the room firsthand after I left. The hotel chose to take sides on the staff saying the person who checked has over 5 years working and never had a problem with this. Be carefully staying here and I suggest to not allow daily room service because yours things may disappear.

  : The inside is fine , you could be anywhere in the world, nice size room , comfy bed , great bathroom
  : Ready? Location is terrible, approach to reception by road looks like a war zone, service at the bar was patchy, if you were Italian or a a pretty woman no problem otherwise you didnt exist. Breakfast, truly deplorable, the hot drinks machines temperature setting was so low that it was impossible to get a good hot drink, the hot food was like warm, the chafing dishes were set too low minimum should be 75C to keep hot food, seriously thought the beans and mushrooms were emptied directly from the tin instead of being heated first.
