: The room was located in a beautiful area near the metro station and all of the stores!
: The room was quite small, and many things were broken/ruined. The switches for the lights, the paint, many things were kinda ugly. The wifi wasnt connecting, maybe they gave us the wrong password. Also we had to go to a different location for the check in, were we waited for a long time and generally it was a big waste of time, since we didnt have many days to see the city.I should say that there were many ants in the room, bed and every furniture in the room, which made us feel really uncomfortable. We werent satisfied at all. The photos are just an example of all the above.

: The room was surprisingly clean and modern. There were a lot of shopping and food options. Short taxi ride to Marina or airport.
: Two things should be made very clear: after you check in you must travel to another location for your room and the elevator requires a 20 euro coin. There were 3 people working in the reception area. It would be a good idea to have one person to shuttle people to their room at no additional charge. The other thing I didn't like may be something that others would like. To get to the room we had to walk down an alley, enter a huge door, go up the elevator (very small lift) to the 5th floor, use another key to get through a gate, use another key to get to our hallway, then use the 4th key to enter our room. Some may like the location so close to the busy stores and restaurants.

  : Location
: The lift didnt work most of the days and when it did it wasnt free, you needed to pay 0.20 which is ok but its uncomfortable since I dont use to carry on cash.

  : Overall a bad experience
: I recently stayed at HG Boutique Toledo in Naples and had a somewhat mixed experience. Before diving into the details, there are a few essential aspects that potential guests should be aware of. Firstly, check-in is not done at the hotel itself, but at another location about 12 minutes away on foot. Secondly, there is a 200 euros hold on your card for potential damages during your stay.Upon arriving at the hotel, I found that the rooms are situated inside a private building, specifically at a private apartment on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order during my visit, making the trek to the rooms quite tiresome, especially if you have heavy luggage.Another issue is that the building is located in a rather dimly lit alley adjacent to a pedestrian street, making it somewhat challenging to find initially. Also, it's not the most accessible place by car, so driving to the hotel might not be the best option. The most significant drawback for me was the size of the rooms; they were extremely small. However, I must commend the hotel for keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained, which provided a positive aspect to an otherwise disappointing stay.On the bright side, the hotel's location is quite convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, my overall experience at HG Boutique Toledo was rather negative due to the decentralized check-in system, the inconvenient location, and the small room size.If you don't mind the unusual check-in process and the challenges with the building's location, you might find this hotel suitable for your needs. However, if you prefer a more traditional hotel experience with a central reception area and larger rooms, I would advise against booking this particular hotel.

: Great area, great room - clean and need. Perfect location, and when the air on worked it was perfect and chilly
: We were stuck in the small elevator for 30 min due to electricity problems. The electricity went off in the rooms two times during our stay, and we informed the personal. They said someone was working on it, but as they said It is not under our power. When I asked for any refund due to our scary elevator-block and several electricity outbreaks, they understood and would put me in contact with the administration which I havent heard from. I understand the problem is out of their hands, but however it wouldve been a nice gesture to at least acknowledge and refund some of our payment.
