  : Amazing Host and location. Gino is amazing and doing his best to make his guests feel at home. The neighborhood is great with many nice places.
  : Water temperature was not constant. I recommend to rent the whole apartment. My neighbours moved in at midnight and as the house is not very sound prove sleeping was not possible.

  : We thought it was a hotel but seemed more to be like a shared apartment with lockable rooms. However you didnt notice other guest and we didnt use shared living area

  : We love the location of the flower house and Gino was very welcoming and always there to support us.
  : The only downside was the water in the bathroom as it did not keep a constant temperature and the showerheads and toiletseats should be replaced.

  : The location is good.
  : The host, Gino, made our stay very difficult and unpleasant. We are usually easily satisfied customers, and have never come across a bad stay but this was by far the worst, especially as the host accused, threatened and abused us with inappropriate language today (we left this morning). There are two keys to the apartment, one for the main door and one for your room (we were not aware that our room was only one small bedroom & bathroom, and the living main room was a shared communal space, however this was completely fine with us). We left both keys on the dining table as requested on leaving, and a few hours later were accused of losing the room key (via text & WhatsApp call) and threatened to have our credit cards mugged. We also had difficulties paying by cash earlier in the trip. We did not feel informed that it was cash only, so did not come prepared with enough (were happy to pay with card). We were okay to get cash out, however Gino told us off and said he asked for cash in the beginning. The text message he sent asking for this was in Italian not English, so this was unfair for us to have known.

  : Location is very central and Gino was quick to answer messages.
  : Toilet seat is cracked in 3 places so not comfortable to sit on fully, no hot water one evening at all and no wifi when we returned from dinner on 2nd day. Breakfast included is a bit of an overstatementsome packaged croissants, tetra pack juice and do it yourself coffee Neapolitan style (which we are not familiar).
