  : Place was in a very convenient location, few minutes away from city center and other locations. All needed home amenities were pretty nice.

  : It's really nice apartment but for people under 1.65 m (ceilings low) it was quite loud but when you close the windows it's not that bad. Localization is really convenient close to metro , many shops around.

  : The apartment its enough for A family, has everything that you need, staff lady was nice and helpful, she provided us with drinks and snacks, and she has everything for cleaning .Good location, downstairs a cafe with delicious pastries every morning smell so good.
  : Too hot, theres no air conditioning besides she have three fans they werent enough, also too noisy and we cant close the window because the hotthat was horrible.

  : Our host was kind enough to wait for us for a late check-in after 7 pm. Mr. Arsenio, the host, left us some sweets in the kitchen, a bottle of water and some juice in the fridge. He seemed nice and offered to give us support if needed.
  : The most dissapointing aspect of the apartment was the bathroom ceiling which was full of mold. The host excused himself about the problem saying that it had just appeared and promissed that he will repair the ceiling of the bathroom on the next week after our staying. After the first use of the bathroom, the ceiling got darker and darker because of mold which made the whole apartment to get a bad smell. I really hope the owner keeps his promise to repair the ceiling, otherwise I wouldn't recommend this apartment to others.

  : Great location. Separate living room, kitchen bedroom and bathroom so very roomy. Clean with many extras. Good size fridge, gas stove. Close to Metro restaurants and grocery. Owner was responsive, caring, generous plus provided excellent advice.
  : While it wasnt a problem for us, guests over 6 + may have issues in some parts. The bathroom is nice with a bidet, but the ceiling in that one area accommodated only a bath not a stand up shower. The street below is busy but the windows are newer and allow for a quiet sleep.

  : Location was excellent. Just on the edge of Old Town and about 10 mins walk from Garibaldi Square.
  : Its above a noisy coffeteria. Music got very loud at times.

  : It was a good location to reach any point in the city.
  : Bed condition of property. water flash dont work well. All furniture very old and smells nasty because of humidity. Ceiling of the apartment very low. Property is on a very busy street many kind of cars and motorbikes were passing and beeping all the night. I am very sensitive for odors and couldnt sleep well because of bed sheets perfume and odors from coffee bar below. Also it was too hot.
