  : They were so many construction going on around the apartment, we had to wakeup every day with noises and the feeling that ceiling and walls to fall around us, it was really hard to wakeup in this condition.

  : The apartment was situated near a lot of things we wanted to see in Milan, there were plenty places to eat and drink! The apartment was spacious with very comfortable beds and special touches like bath cream and shampoo! As well as washing sponges and detergent for the sink! Would love to stay again!

  : The elevator is on a the 1st floor so we struggled to carry heavy luggage to the 1st floor then used the elevator. The check-in process wasn't convenient at all.

  : Convenient location and clean. sleeping arrangements were as described.
  : Hosts responses to issues were delayed and caused issues, i.e. Shower basin was not sealed so when shower was taken, water flooded the surrounding area and there was no mop, causing us to have to use all the towels to mop it up. We called and texted the host multiple times describing the issue, requesting more towels, a mop and the reason, and approx. 18 hrs later received a response asking if no towels were provided at check-in and to video the problem. This back and forth exchange continued three days and the result was we received a mop. There needs to be a 24 hr. service number and repair person.

  : The apartment was located very central in a little backyard, about 10 min walking from the Duomo. We liked that it was really bright and spacious. Also very nice was the little elevator, so you dont have to take your luggage up to the 2nd floor.
  : What we didnt like was the shower, which couldnt decide whether it wanted to be hot or ice cold. Seemed to depend on a day to day mood. In addition the kitchen was not well equipped and a little bit dirty.

  : I had to pick up the keys from an other location. Difficult check in. They asked to check in between 15:00- 17:30. Just install a lockbox
