  : Location was great - within a block of Milan Central Train Station. My flight into Milan was delayed numerous times meaning I actually didn't make it to the hotel until the morning of checking out and the owner very graciously allowed me a late check out which I very much appreciated after a very long trip there. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

  : Location is excellent if you travel from/to airport by public transport.Everything is more or less new. Single bed is a good size. There is a tea boiler and mini fridge.
  : The property owner doesnt follow payment rules indicated in the confirmation. My card was charged while the confirmation said payment is upon arrival. They could pre-authorize but not charge. I arrived within check in time. Moreover I informed upon booking my time of arrival and confirmed by Whats up as the accommodation requested. Upon arrival when I provided passport and opened my wallet the receptionist informed it is already paid. Indeed according to my bank account info! First time within my travel with Booking.com payment terms are not followed!!!Another issue is paper thin walls. You will hear everyone talking. After midnight it was Ok, before midnight there is no chance to sleep. People did not have party, they simply talked to each other but no sound isolation at all.

  : The hotel is located in close proximity to the Milan Central station, and the room was comfortable.
  : The hotel is on the 6th floor of a very old building. So there is a possibility that the elevator does not work, in case somebody did not shut the door to the elevator properly. (It happened to me once, but fortunately not while I was with my luggge)

  : Straight across the road from the airport stop fantastic And to Milan Central Station where we left the next daySuper close to the metro so we could visit Duomo Loved the touch of the coffee machine delish I loved the old lift my daughter not so much lol

  : Jem was really attentive to our needs. He is always helpful. We enjoy our stay even if we stay for one. the place is 5mins walk from Milan central. so, if you are a family this is very good location.
  : the window is kinda scary, there are no railings. for family with kids, this is one of the safety concern.
