  : The location is great
  : The staff or agent doesn't respond or answer question quickly. Poor communication. The TV doesn't work,call the agent about that matter but no reply. We have to provide our own toilet tissues and paper towels. We had emergency back home and have to leave a day early,asked the agent if we can have a little consideration or refund for a day short stay but the answer is NO!no explanation or what so ever! Definitely's not going to recommend this place to family or friends the only thing that is really good is the location.

  : great location, interesting spacious design, equip with everything we needed, lift to second floor apartment, helpful hosts and easy check in, quiet and secure.
  : better for 2 people than 4. we had 2 teenage girls on the sofa which compromised the living area, shower was not private, maybe some drawers or storage downstairs would be good.

  : The kitchen whilst functional could do with a few more items - like wine glasses and flutes and matching items.

  : No privacy, no outlook, run down flat for the price we paid. No covers for 2nd bed. Leaking at window which made the stairs dangerous. Difficult to get in touch with the providers. We eventually got intouch with the providers who offered to bring sheets covers at 22:24 at night after calling all day without any response! Bad organisation.
