  : location is PERFECT just 5 min to duomo and metro. we were 4 people there are 2 seperate rooms and the living room area has a sofa for 2 and you can easily stay 6 people. two seperate bathrooms is an advantage. lift in the building is a plus

  : HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY. the AC was not working well. it was the middle of summer in Milan with temp outside as high as 99. we told the property manager and he was nice enough to have someone come to get it checked. but it was still very warm inside the apartment. I informed the property manager again and he said to go ahead and email canguro properties myself since he did not know how to contact his boss (really?!). so I sent them an email thru wassup/email/booking.com and still there was no reply from the canguro. the only reply I got was to rate them. the PULLOUT was UNMADE. the sheets and blankets were in the middle of the pullout--obviously has been used already. the chair had STAINS all over. I don't know about you, but that's disgusting and I won't sit on it for any reason. DISGUSTING PLACE. its near milan duomo. but there is alot if hotels and apartments near the place. so GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY AT. JUST NOT HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOT ROOM AND DIRTY USED BLANKETS AND SHEETS. btw the pillows had stains too -- maybe old saliva stains. GROSS

  : The surrounding area was good
  : The host was not at all cooperative and they charged us extra amount without giving us any details for the same. They tricked us with points that was not mentioned up on site and declined to refund the amount. Such hosts cannot be trusted at all. They are thugs. No cleaning services provided for any day. we stayed for around 2 weeks. They took late check-in charges around 40 euros about which no information is there on site. Also we updated our arrival time way before our arrival at the scheduled date. Will never recommend anyone to stay at this place. During our check-out, they charged us around 210 Euros for the whole day, although we informed them about the details and at time no information was given to us regarding extra charges.

  : EXCELLENT location, 500m from Duomo. The property was clean and all the rooms were airconditioned. Host was very helpful and explained everything.
  : The double bed is a bit small and the mattress is not so comfy.
