  : There was no real AC, just a fan that was really loud and it did not cool down the temperature

  : The hotel price is very expensive for what they offer Not very clean, not hot water to have a shower The lady at the reception said will store our stuff so we can leave at the corridor there so we did When we came back our stuff was still there Later when we asked she was rude We asked for iron they didnt had Beds were so uncomfortable Suppose to be 3 star hotel Paid 78 euro for a night but didnt meet any of the criteria

  : Nice warm shower, friendly staff, breakfast was convenient, location very nice because only few steps away from train station and lots of little local stores around
  : Room and hotel were very old, some hotel breakfast items were stale, no microwave, no sound insulation

  : The location is great. The people are helpful and accomodating. The hotel is decent. Its a typical Milan italy design. I will come back and recommend it to my friends.
  : The lock from rhe door.its a little hard to locked it. Thats all.

  : The hotel is located 1 minute walk from the metro. By metro 15 minutes to the center and 20 to the train stations. Friendly service at the reception. The window of my room looked out onto the courtyard, it was nice, woody, and quiet.
  : The hotel is located on one floor of an ordinary house in the old quarter of Milan, the hotel itself is very old, there has been no renovation for a long time, the rooms are tiny. Out of habit, the mattress may seem hard. From 7 am, guests and cleaning staff walk around, knocking on doors, and the audibility through the door is maximum. Hot water in the bathroom does not come out immediately after turning it on and you need to wait. Mostly sweets for breakfast.

  : Breakfast was mainly sweets/ cakes. There are some salami and fresh tomatoes. The hotel was close to metro and a few restaurants around and supermarkets. There is an elevator but only for residents so don't pack too much!.
  : The shower was really small! I mean small!!!! No air-condition in the room but had a portable air blowing machine.

  : Clean, comfortable, nice helpful staff, elegant wood-panelled walls!
  : Breakfast was too many cakes and not enough healthy stuff but great if you have a sweet tooth! Access at night was fine though note (1) when you ring the bell on the street they dont answer but just buzz the door to open it. So wait for the buzz and push. 2) You then have to cross the courtyard and go up to the first floor through a sliding door that opens for you. So its not a straight into reception from the street place.
