  : The add said, "free public parking nearby". This is not true; we circled everywhere, and they have paid street parking. When we inquired about the location of this free public parking, the response was, "We didn't say we have private parking". We explained we understood the advertisement and that we were only looking for the free public parking and hoping to get a spot there. However, they stopped communicating with us. Bring your own toilet paper - there were 5 of us, and we got leftovers of one roll. Also apartment fits five, yet the kitchen only has three bowls. One shower door is missing in the bathroom so it cannot be closed.

  : everything was awful. starting with owner skills to contact to customers, ending with flat being used and not clean. we texted owner about problem but they didn't compensate us, only answer was that they will send cleaner. and avoided whole problem about appartment. I am interested why we payed for cleaning so much and nothing was cleaned. did sending someone would resolve these problems? we had 2 years old daughter with us and how is it possible to be with child in this kind of dirty house? and how is it possible to make child go to sleep and someone cleaning at the same time, I don't know who was it and how much time it would take. we didn't wanted someone to be in our appartment while our belongings were there. was it our problem to take this owners responsibility at us? and only solving this problem seemed sending someone to clean again? despite us spending so much on this appartment? nothing looks like photos what is posted here. toilet and shower were yellow from not cleaning and it was dirty, bedroom walls had foorprints from old customers, kitchen was disaster, we cleaned everything for one day in hot water, boiling hot water, to disinfect utility to be able to eat. floor was dirty also everywhere, on balcony there isn't chairs, cleaning utility had dirt on it, view from balcony is just plain buildings, there is noise from people leaving there. even mirrors weren't clean. we left house earlier than we payed but owner didn't compensate money. we texted 2 times, but no answer. they only texted us when we left, about time of leaving, that shows that owner didn't even feel any shame about their customers being uncomfortable. it seems that they know that, this kind of problem has every customer and know how to answer to remove responsibility so easily and take money despite of everything. even booking support team couldn't solve problem. I don't suggest to stay here to anyone.
