  : Staff was friendly. Location is perfect. Near train station. 15-20 min to Venice (walk+train).
  : DON'T TRUST PICTURES. I thought I'm traveling with my GF to Italy, but we arrived to India (I was there, I know what I'm talking about). They gave us huge room where was absolutely, LITTERALLY NOTHING, EMPTY. Just double bed, which was clean enough, and sink which was clogged. No other furniture to put our belongings. No hooks to hang our clothes, No chairs. No drawers. No (any peace of furniture that comes into your mind except bed). And it looks like all the dirt they just sweep under the bed. also there is a mould on the walls. Staying in this kind of room if you're traveling in Europe is an self-offensive and disrespectful. After long day in a beautiful city you feel like a s**t returning back to this miserable place. And no need to mention that you can hear everything what happens on the street, including the main door which needs to be slammed in order to be closed. I regret that we didn't took pictures of this s**thole, just wanted to gtfo of there as quick as possible.

  : Booked and asked for late arrival during booking. Late arrival was refused after I payed. Called booking.com to ask for cancellation with reimbursement but they refused to provide it. Asked booking.com to request for a change of date but they ended up ignoring the request. They basically took my money. You can keep it if you are so desperate.
