  : Very calm and quiet place to relax. Facilities clean and in good condition. Shower had enough space and good water pressure. Spacious pool with a lovely view and easy access to the beach. A lot of space for kids to play. Pleasant landscaping. There is a village accessible with a longish walk or a short car drive. Not difficult to drive to/from the location to visit the surrounding area, 15 minutes to drive to Desenzano with shops and restaurants.
  : It was a bit of a struggle between heat or bugs with no air conditioning. With proper shutter/light/window management it was doable.

  : - Very friendly and helpful staff- good vibes of family run business, you can feel it- very nice location directly at the lake- nice lake view from bungalow - spacious accommodation - friendly staff in the campsite Restaurant, too
  : - aircon would be a plus on some days: not because of me, but because of complaining family members ;-)

  : Great lakeside location with onsite pool, bar and restaurant. Very secure setting.
  : Basic bungalow accommodation lacking in those small finishing touches. No pictures on the walls, no candles (citronella would have been good to fight of the Mosquitoes)! Linen provided but had to make up our own beds. Difficult to find even for SatNav with the correct address and postcode!

  : Great location - right at the lake, it takes less than 2 minutes to walk across the resort to the beach Our family apartment actually consisted of 2 apartments which were merged together - we had 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces. The main terrace was absolute amazing - about 30 sqm with a great view. I understand there are only 3 apartments with terrace in the resort (above the main restaurant), the rest are about 50 double-bungalows Friendly staff Nice big pool Very good price to value ratio

  : Surprised by the query about bedding upon arrival, even though its mentioned in the room description.Absence of soap or toiletries.Towels available only for an additional fee.Limited supply of toilet paper.Restricted pool hours and vehicle access timings.Lack of air conditioning, causing reliance on opening windows, leading to disturbance from early morning noise for restaurant and market deliveries.Inconsiderate placement of a parking sticker on our car without consultation.Cabin didnt offer a significant view.Very small refrigerator.Poor soundproofing in the cabin, especially the noisy doors.
