  : I booked and paid for a standard appartment with STANDARD bathroom, 3 months in advance. I was given an appartment with a bathroom adjusted to the needs of disabled people. Unfortunately for me it was almost unusable - shower curtain had a kind of wire-umbrella frame that was mounted 1,6m over the floor, for me, almost 2m tall it was impossible to take a shower without spraying all bathroom with water, same for my family... Another thing was a toilet. It was soooo high that when I sat on it, my feet were above the floor. I immediately reached out to customer service to get other room, with STANDARD bathroom, I was told that they don't see any difference between my appartment standard and other rooms so if I want to change it, it's possble for 60 euro fee... All the time staff was reffereing to the mitical "manager" who for the whole 5 days of my stay was unable to contact me. The approach "you're right but I can't do nothing, I just work here, it's my manager" was very, very dissapointing. Literally last evening, they proposed to change the room for 30 euro fee... So dear Onda Blu resort staff - "I was just a guest and was just expecting a proper custmer service and a simple sentence: we're sorry for the inconvenience" - which I've never heard for the whole stay. I've never experience such poor customer service and I travel a lot. That was really unfortunate as the resort is really ok and I might have spent there a nice time.
