  : Breakfasat was good with fresh fruit and pastries etc and great coffee from an 'all bells and whistles' machine. The location was central so easy access to the city in every direction.
  : The room was very dark and the lighting was terrible but it was clean and comfortabale as was the shower.

  : Good breakfast on same floor as the rooms, plus tea making facilities available 24/7 Easy access , with a lift for a change , and it felt very secure. Ideal location just off the main piazza & short walk to rail station. Friendly staff

  : The hotelier was really nice and helpful and the hotel location and facilities were very good.
  : We would have liked to have given an excellent review across the board but unfortunately we did have issues with our room service. I am sure that this is a staffing issue and not representative of how the hotel is usually run but we had no room service on the first day, so the bed was not made and not change of towels etc. When we informed the owner the next morning she was extremely surprised and apologetic and I genuinely believe she had been let down by her staff. But the following day, the bed was made but again no change of towels and no replenishment of the soap etc. so we had just one very small piece of soap and one set of towels to last us for 3 nights! A real shame as in every other way the hotel was very good.

  : We loved the property and the host was awesome. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious and our host was so friendly, and helpful and went the extra mile to guide and assist us. We would love to come back.

  : No fridge or kettle in room and our room did not have a view. Window looked straight at another building. Room was right next to dining area even though it was quiet.
