  : Spotlessly clean, great location, easy access, great communication. Hot water, clean towels, complimentary tea and coffee. Television! Aircon! So much to enjoy!
  : The bed was slightly uncomfortable if you lay on your side as the springs dug in! If you slept on your back it wasnt so bad.

  : Staff (Juliana) was friendly and visibly tried to do her best. The room has been arranged with a lot of good taste, including the bath in the living room.
  : The real disaster was the failure of efficient communication. From the staff, we had received a phone number to be called 30 minutes before our arrival. When we called, nobody answered. Finally, a gentleman responded upon our third or forth call, telling us that he has nothing to do with B&B and that we must have dialed a wrong number. After verification, we realized that the number dialed was exaclty the one we had received and that figures also on the B&B's business card. Finally, Juliana had called us after we hat sent a mail inquiring on how to find the premises. With her help, we managed to get into our room. When returning from dinner at 10:30 PM, we could not get into the building because the main entrance was closed. We belt at the door but nobody replied. We called the same number as in the afternoon, but nobody took the call. After having sent a chat message, Juliana reacted by asking why we do not use the key. We explained that no key had been left to us. Finally, Juliana opened the door electronically, after a rather lenghty conversation. As it turned out, the cleaning lady had ot left the key in our room. Especially waiting approxiately 20 minutes in front of a closed building was extremely uncomfortable at this hour. Breakfast in the room is a no-go. There should be a separte room.

  : A little overpriced for value and not good breakfast, said included, however they charged us more

  : We loved the location, the room was clean and comfy and the shower was the best wed had during our road trip across Italy. They were helpful sorting out parking.
  : We needed to call to find out how the self service check-in system worked. We should have received the info via text.
