  : Communication from the hotel was excellent on how to reach the hotel. Very good location on a quiet road on the Lido, 5 minutes from main water bus station making it very easy to get to with direct boat services to/from airport and train station. Very easy to get to the main Venice sites and other islands such as Murano. 5 minute walk to shops and good selection of restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and they made it a very pleasant stay in a relaxed enjoyable environment. Good room with clean modern bathroom. Good selection at breakfast with seating inside and out.

  : While the hotel scores highly on ambiance and location, it fell short in a crucial area for business travelers: administrative efficiency. Despite multiple requests, I was unable to receive a correct invoice for my stay. This oversight is not only inconvenient but has resulted in additional expenses for my company, as we could not properly account for the trip without an accurate invoice. Overall: For leisure travelers seeking a romantic and historically rich experience, this hotel is a wonderful option. However, for business travelers requiring meticulous administrative details like accurate invoicing, this hotel leaves much to be desired. I recommend that potential business guests confirm in advance if the hotel can meet these essential needs.
