Pleasant terrace with a view where guests can sit for breakfast or drinksWorking refrigerator in the room was very convenientBreakfast provided fresh fruit and fresh sliced tomatoes/cucumbers/mozzarella, croissants, bread with toaster, jam, cold cuts, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, etcThe front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Location next to vaporetto was a mixed blessing; the vaporetto station spoiled the view of the laguna from our room and there was some traffic noise.Rooms are a bit too small and crowded and some guests would have difficulty squeezing into or out of the shower. The pillows were too large and hard for my liking and the bedspread was too heavy but these are matters of personal preferencesome guests might like it.The only juice for breakfast came from a machine that mixed cold water with orange flavoring

  : Fantastic location, Family run hotel. The staff were just so nice, could not do enough for us. I would definitely return. To note the rooms are small and shower small, but that did not take away from our experience.

  : no shower in our room but spa bath sufficed
