  : We had to go to a B&B first to collect the key, which we did not expect, however, the lady was very helpful and let us wait at the B&B for an hour before walking us to the apartment. Unfortunately, we had so many stairs to lug up our suitcases which is something we never expected being first time to Venice. However the apartment made up for that, it was so nice, with everything we needed, great location if you know where you going lol. Loved it

  : The entrance of the building was messy, there was a small back door to a restaurants kitchen in the same building and they dumped their waste in the entrance.

  : We loved this accomodation! It was a great location, easy to get the keys from the host, and get ourselves comfortable. Having an apartment to ourselves was really nice, especially with the use of a washing machine!

  : The balcony was adorable. The location was great. The teas and coffees were really nice to have. plenty of space for two.The woman that met us was super nice and understanding that we got delayed.
  : I know most places do not have mosquito net in the window, but it wouldve been really nice because there was a very pesky mosquito. I love sleeping with the windows open so if it were possible to even just do some little magnetic net, that would be heavenly. Someone complained because it said breakfast was provided I saw in the photo it was just bread and jam so I wasnt too disappointed when that wasnt there either. Maybe just get rid of the breakfast provided and show off the lovely variety of coffees and teas.

  : Although the house is ok for a short stay in Venice unfortunately the behaviour of Christina who was there to give us the keys for the check-in is by far one of the worst I have ever seen... In the presence of my two kids, 12 and 5 years old, she was rude to all of us, making ironic comments and generally being very impatient with us, clearly showing that she is doing the wrong job. With the same money, I believe you can find a better place to stay, somewhere that you will be treated with the respect a tourist is entitled to receive. Surely I would never go back to staying there.

  : -just next to San Marco, so great for casual walks in the morning and evening when the area gets less busy -close to the water taxi-coffee capsules and a coffee machine -5 min walk to a supermarket
  : -water in the shower would constantly change from warm to hot to cold; taking showers without getting burned turned out to be a real challenge -air conditioning did not work -while the proximity to San Marco allows to enjoy the piazza during the quiet hours, it also makes the area very crowded during the day and not authentic( overflow of souvenir shops selling a wide variety of goods made in China)- no wine glasses in the kitchen ( how come?)
