  : Blu Baita is a great quality/price residence in La Maddalena. The host Marco is super friendly and will give you advice on your staying, beaches and restaurants (he also booked a couple of dinners for us). The apartment we stayed in was clean and recently redone. Absolutely suggested!

  : Paying for the linen amd towels - this was not clearly written when making order. Also we had to clean the place, broom, polish, otherwise we would be charged 40Eur, also somehow not clear at the time of booking. We were said to be g8ven the best apartment with garden - how to express the impression -LoL

  : It was very modern and the bed was very comfortable. They gave us a lot of tips and info about the islands that were very helpful. They also booked a restaurant for us that was really good. It had a private parking and a supermarket very close.
  : It didnt have a lot of kitchen or toilet equipment, just the very very basics. We had to pay extra for the towels and sheets. That could be improved to make the experience more comfortable.

  : The size of the room, the balcony and his view was pretty nice.
  : The location is without a car or scooter really far away from La Maddalena and even with a car, we wouldn't know where to park in the city or you always have parking costs. Otherwise you have to walk 25 minutes which is pretty annoying if you have to do that every day twice or even for dinner after a long day, its really far away. Especially because there are no busses and when you arrive with suitcases its an exhausting walk to get there.The balcony with his view was pretty nice but we didn't have any furniture for it so we couldnt even eat outside even though we had a huge balcony and amazing weather... and if you use the air conditioning the balcony was flooded by the water from the Aircon because there was no container where it could run into.The Air conditioning didn't work the first 2 days, the Wifi didn't work at all in our room only in the corridor and the last 3 days we only had cold water for showering. After 2 days we asked for another roll of toilet paper and he told us that we have to buy it by ourself because only one roll is included !!!Furthermore the bathroom door was not working and we couldn't close it !!!The owner also wanted to sell us everything: a rental car, scooter, a boat tour and even restaurant bookings which was pretty annoying. We think that he gets commission for all of that because there is one restaurant down the street and we wanted to go there and he told us it would be very bad and its horrible. We went there anyways and we ate the best cabonara pasta in our whole life there so we didn't know why he told us so horrible things about that ! He couldnt even JUST RECOMMEND a restaurant, no he insistet that he would make a reservation anywhere what we didnt want because we thought thats strange and that he gets commission for it.Another big big issue is the clairaudient of the house.
