  : it was in a good location and the parking was cheaper than in the rest of Genova
  : We barely slept due to a group of people in the other room who came back at 2:30 AM and made a lot of noise until 4:00 AM. We tried to call the phone numbers given by the property but nobody picked up. Also, although it says that there is a 24h front desk, there was nobody there who could help us.

  : Location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to Piazza del Ferrari and to Brignole Train station. Anna has been so helpful to us, giving us much needed information and assisting us to book taxi to the airport. Very honest and trustworthy as we had to hand over to her our passports and cash for safekeeping ( key in our safe in the bedroom missing on first day). Anna got this sorted and when we got back after a day trip from Cinque Terre, all our things are already in the safe.Breakfast is good. Again, Anna was so attentive, preparing us freshly made cappuccino first thing in the morning. Particularly enjoyed the pastry with pistachio and custard cream fillings. There are plenty to choose from and the snacks and drinks are available all day. My only suggestion is to have a variety each day ( different types of cold meat ) as it is the same every day.Facilities are good too. We had a small air conditioner and a stand fan at the same time, in our bedroom which is great. We also have a small fridge with a free small bottle of prosecco and a can of beer to welcome us. The room is very spacious. This place could easily be 4 to 5 star if they update the furnishings and interior design. The same with the back garden, plenty of potential in there. Overall, a very good base to see Genoa, Portofino and Cinque Terre
  : None. But breakfast is the same every day. The lock on the door is quite fiddly but this is because the property is 19th century building and am assuming they want to keep this charming feature.

  : Staff were very nice. Location for the port is good.
  : Location impossible to find, tiny sign on wall. Garage cost 10 but hold 4 cars 2 each side head to tail with less than 20cm space to open the door. You have to back out onto a very busy road but staff come out to help. You are asked to leave your car keys at reception , I've got a new car and refused but left my phone number in case it was needed. Curtains do not close neither do wooden shutters in room 11. No microwave in the room although advertised. Place needs complete renovation, neither quaint nor cute.

  : Excellent location. Close to town center and restaurants Huge spacious rooms. Complimentary drinks and amenities in the rooms. Good breakfast. Yes its a bit dated but charming. We would definatley stay again.

  : It was safe, quiet, they had a nice patio but it rained. Breakfast was ok, cold water and coffee available 24 hrs self serve.
  : Th he location made it necessary to walk a bit far to eat. After walking hills all day we didnt want to walk another hill for breakfast. English speaking staff wasnt there two days.
