  : Everything was fine, but was so so cold inside of an apartment. Everybody was sleeping in their clothes! I would not recommend this apartment at the winter time!
  : Location is perfect! Inside was clean and tidy. It was so kind to get as present bottle of white wine;)

  : The apartment is in an excellent location (easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the historic town center, and all the major sights) and was very clean. There is an air-conditioning unit in every room and the beds are comfortable. We also took advantage of the washing machine during our stay since we had been traveling for a while. One thing to note is that the only bathroom is an ensuite bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms, meaning every guest has to walk through that bedroom in order to use it.
  : The service we received from the apartment's management company was very poor. We arrived in the evening after a long day of traveling and had downloaded the Keesy app (a remote-unlocking key code app that works with electronic locks on the building and apartment doors) as instructed. We got through the building's door without a problem but the app did not unlock the apartment door. The lock seemed to be jammed somehow. I called the management company and was told that I would have to call the app's customer service line and that they (the management company) could not help me get into the apartment. I called a customer service agent at Keesy (whose English wasn't great) and proceeded to spend a good 40 minutes on the phone with them trying to unlock what appeared to be a mechanical issue with the door lock via alternative electronic unlocking codes sent to my email. That didn't work either, as expected. After more than an hour stuck in the building's staircase in front of the still-locked apartment door, I called the management company again, who called the apartment's owner, who called the upstairs neighbor, who had a second key all along... The (very helpful) neighbor also confirmed that the door lock was jammed and that this was not in fact "user error". The electronic Keesy lock never worked properly during our stay despite someone being sent to repair it the next day. We simply used the key to get in and out. The apartment's owner apologized afterwards but the management company never did, despite texting us during the following days to arrange for a locksmith to repair the door etc. All I can say is that if you choose a high-tech solution for accessing a holiday rental property, you have to make sure it works. And if it doesn't - that's on you, not on your guest.
