  : Davide was an excellent communicator. He was on time to meet us, showed us around and explained everything. I have asthma, as there was a shared corridor and the private owners of the other apartment were heavy smokers, it affected me. I contacted Davide to see if there was anything he could do to help, the office contacted the owners and explained the situation and asked to think of me...it worked and made a huge difference. I would say that was excellent service and understanding, extremely grateful Davide, thank you.
  : There were no basics in kitchen to help when first arrive. Some satchets of coffee/tea, sugar, milk and perhaps few biscuits would go a long way. Not complaint, just recommend as a nice touch.

  : The location was great, eveything in Florence is within about a 30 minute walk. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Bus stop at the end of the block and tram stops about 13 minute walk.
  : The host never responded to any of our messages. There was no laundry detergent or soap available to wash dishes. When we asked about this no one responded, so we had to buy those ourselves. The worst part was the wifi stopped working and the host would not respond to my messages about this. Because I work from home, it was crucial for me to have Wifi. Ended up having to pay for day passes to a co working space for the rest of my trip. No one gave us check out instructions.

  : AC was broken when we arrived and was crazy hot we were to receive fan but did not happen

  : Good location of the property. Everything of interest in Florence was by walking-distance.
  : Poor maintenance at the property. The bathroom lacks ventilation. Uncomfortable beds. Poor lighting throughout the house. The bedroom didn't have A/C.

  : The location was kind of good, but that is just it.
  : We had many problems during our stay such as not having air conditioning during most of our stay and the lights went down when we tried to use one of the amenities. We had to take out all of the beds out because of the unbearable heat that was in the apartment. I do not recommend staying in this apartment, the manager didnt give us a solution

  : Localization was very good, 10min walk from the Catedra. There was washing mashine, Wi-fi and well equipped kitchen.
  : It's on a first floor with narrow stairs and no lift. It wasn't a big problem, but my mom is walking with a cane, so a bit of a challenge. The AC is only ina a kitchen/living room, so it's quite hot in the bedroom.
