  : Its a flat in a very Italian neighborhood. Its secure and comfortable. We had an issue with the room when we arrived and the host acted fast to fix it.

  : It was a quiet neighborhood and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the couch and sitting on it that was comfortable. Also loved the fact that we had at least the possibility to lock our own doors. The bathroom was okay.
  : You don't have the whole apartment for yourselves and the apartment it's not that big tbh. It was pretty dirty when we arrived, the floors had lots of dust. The kitchen did not feel safe to use because of that. Also, the discrepancy between the rooms that are bookable is noticeable, the quality of the bed and also how they look. If cleaned it's perfect for a group of 4 but being in 2, with other strangers with whom you have to also share the bathroom/kitchen it's a little weird, the washing machine is also available from one room only.

  : The installations were alright, the kitchen had a lot of utensils: there were four stoves and the fridge was pretty big. It wasn't extremely far from the city center. There is a supermarket next to it and the neighbourhood is pretty calm.
  : We didn't receive the check in info so we sat outside for 1h. She didn't answer our calls and we had t contact booking to get in touch with her. TThe check in is confusing and to us even more because one key got lost so we had to wait another hour for the other guests to get there. The host was extremely rude, barely knew any english so the communication was very complicated. We had questions regarding the payment and she was rude to us again when we asked them. The room we got was a bit dusty and the matress was uncomfortable. We appreciated the space but didn't feel very good in it after our talks with the owner.

  : The kitchen was comfortable and well equipped, we were suprised that the apartment had an iron too.
  : None of the owners were willing to help occupying the room, even the lady was sarcastic on chat when her instructions werent clear (even though she did not have a basic touristic level of English). It felt like a cheap AirBNB. There was a dirty tissue in our room, the bedsheet was smelly and the toilet had some questionable brown stains in it (the bathroom didnt have a toilet brush). Since noone showed us around the apartment, we didnt know that there are other tourists living with us (and they also needed the same keys that we got - this caused the main problem) Later when we were in the city one of the staff started texting and calling us because we took our keys and they wanted it back. At first we did not understand the situation, but tried to communicate and immediatelly made our ways back to the location. We texted that we need 15 minutes to get back (we even started running), please wait, but the lady threatened us with calling the police on us on a very unfriendly tone demanding us to be there in 5 minutes. When we got back, the lady was not there, only a big man (who smelled a bit drunk). He was at least better at communicating (even via Google Translator).
