Disappointing

  : Our stay at the hostel was alright, but we ran into some problems with checking in. We got there in the morning and dropped off our stuff, but they didn't give us our room keys because it wasn't ready yet. Later, we called them to say we'd be arriving late and asked for the check-in instructions. They told us it was fine, they'd leave the keys at the reception and we could do a self-check-in when we arrived. But when we got there, the door was locked, and we ended up waiting outside for an hour at midnight. We tried calling them, and ringing the bell several times, but no one picked up. We found out later they could see us ringing the bell on some app, but they still didn't respond. Luckily, another guest showed up and let us in, or we would've been stuck outside without our staff and nowhere to go.

  : Room was ordinary with a small balcony in the courtyard. The location was ideal for us with about a 20 minute walk to the old town. We were able to park our car in the hotel courtyard at a cost that was the same or lower than the surrounding parking garages. Breakfast was great considering the cost of 5 per person (which I have never experienced in a hotel of this standard). In any case, Luca the breakfast waiter was in a class of his own. Thank you for that

  : Very cozy place and personnel was very polite and helpful. Very big thumbs up for the man at the bar at the breakfast place. He was very kind, talkative and politely explained everything about the food etc. he asked many times if I have everything I needed which I also highly appreciate. Everyone who goes to this place should include breakfast here. :) Also location of the hotel is awesome as everything is close and you can go to the city center by walking. Also I am very happy that staff was fine with my late arrival and was able to give me instructions for the case I would arrive after 23:00.
  : The place was quite too warm (I was unable to turn down warming a bit) and also some walls in the room looked quite messy. But still, it was very nice place and comfortable to be there. For work travel it was enough.
