  : We had no hot water at the hotel on the second day.We were greeted by Rashid who was very courteous and helpful.
  : The Signed for the residence was very small and the pictures were not the same as shown online.

  : Quiet, lovely courtyard to sit outside. The desk manager was helpful in every way. Washing machine on premises, a bonus!
  : I spoke to the manager directly about the things that needed to be addressed and he was responsive.

  : The rooms were full of mosquitos, there were a few dozen of them at least. My son is highly allergic to mosquito bites and we had to go to the pharmacy to buy mosquito repellant as well as a lotion for the skin to calm down the swelling. We have spent overall 2 weeks in different Italian hotels, but this was the only one with this problem, management should definitely look into this problem. We will not be choosing this hotel in the future.

  : It is a large and comfortable flat with an interior terrace, a decent kitchen and a good location. The host communicated clearly and gave us directions to the city. The building is nice and has private parking which is a big plus.
  : The air-conditioning was very noisy and old, ah!! and the motor comes on in the circuit at the entrance. It would also be advisable to change the sofa bed.

  : It was in a quiet area.
  : Where to begin.... the location was actually very bad. There are no shops, tourist attractions or cafes within comfortable walking distance. The staff was rude and did not speak English as advertised. The furniture was old and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was broken, spewing water everywhere when turned on. To top it off, the flat was infested with Mosquitoes. My Wife and I ended up leaving early and booking another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are very price motivated.
