  : Location is good but parking and driving in zone is very difficult. If you stay on other side of river it is cheaper and an easy walk. Plus the gellato was better!
  : From the very beginning Monika and her staff made checking in difficult. They do not know the meaning of hospitality. The room is not as discribed. There are no views except for the alley and part of a roof, there were no toiletries as posted and we were told no laundry machine, until we showed the listing said there was one. Finally and reluctantly, we were given a key to a seperate room but the use hours made it impractical. A simple apology from Monika would have gone a long way, but she chose the route to say we can't read and this is an apartment not a hotel!. All we stayed at on this vacation were apartments. We know what to expect. If looking to relax, this is not the place

  : The person who greeted me at the apartment answered all of my questions. They are professional. The apartment is generously sized and it’s possible to cook light meals. The towels and pillows are good quality. Nice big windows. Tastefully decorated. The unit is in an excellent location, within walking distance to all main attractions and the river. The neighborhood also felt very safe.

  : Good location, close to both sides of river.Comfy bed. Small kitchen (basically the size of kitchen vanity) - but still convenient. The lady who met us Sharon - full of information about Florence and took the time to show us on the map where we should go.
  : Noisy - popular restaurant below and it was people talking, laughing, singing until past 12 all three nights. Also lots of construction going on early - but that could just be bad timing for us. The fact that when you search for a booking with a washing machine that this property comes up is confusing. Not sure if this is to be corrected by booking.com but we weren’t aware until a few days before we arrived tha there is no washing machine. Only a laundromat down the road which is very pricey.

  : Location was good, the interiors were nice.
  : It could have been a really nice apartment, but it was not clean. There was a £50+ cleaning fee, which was ridiculous. When we arrived, there were stains on the bedding, which we informed the owner of twice, and there was no reply. We had to contact booking.com directly, and they couldn't even get in touch with the host. If you are a light sleeper, absolutely do not stay in this apartment. We did not have a single good night sleep during our 3 night stay. The noise at night/early morning was obscene. The windows are not double glazed, so you can hear everything going on in the street, and being in quite a central location, it was super noisy- people at local restaurants, bin trucks, building works, you name it, it woke us up!
