  : The host and staff are very nice that they sent me sightseeing and dinning recommedations. I am very impressed by the story of the renovation of the apartments and discovery of the wall paintings. The location is great as it is near to the train stations as well as the major sightseeing attractions.
  : I recommend to remove the carpets that the host tried to make everything clean but the carpets. Due to the age of the building, there is no lift, making it difficult to carry large luggage. Toilet odour from drains, which permeates the adjacent bedroom. Since it is very near to the heart of the city center, it is quite noisy throughout the day. Water boiler and wooden window frames are broken.

  : Couple of minor quibbles about washing machine door and shower door needing to be repaired.

  : Excellent location in 5 minutes walk from train station and also very close to Basilica Santa Maria Novella. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Apartment in old style, but comfortable.
  : The bathroom was very small and old.
