  : The property was in a fantastic location and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The shower was lovely and the beds were very comfortable! Overall, a wonderful stay with no complaints!
  : There was a reoccurring smell from the drain, likely a result of the sinks not being used for a considerable amount of time.

  : Two bedrooms each with private bathroom, and proximity to everything, made this apartment really convenient!
  : The shower units need some thing of curtain to prevent so much water splashing around. This would help prevent spots of mold on the lower tiles.

  : Great location, only a few min walk from some of the main location in florence, apartment was clean inside and well equipped
  : The outside area was a big letdown. It wasn't just a little dirty. It was unusable , seats were covered in bird poo. And walls were dirty, it's a pity because getting an apartment with an outside space was the reason I booked this apartment. All it needs is a good clean, then it would be ok.

  : The property had everything you could need.
  : Unfortunately the shower flooded the bathroom. It was further from all the attractions than I would have liked.

  : It was in a very convenient area, with restaurants, a little supermarket, bars and small shops close by. We could walk into the centre of Florence along the river in about half an hour, but there were also good transport links close by.
  : It is a long narrow apartment, in an old building, with shuttered high windows. This made it dark even at midday. Not helped by some of the lights not working. It was fine for just two of us but space would be tight for four. It has a well equipped kitchen, but with no instructions. For instance, an induction hob, which we were unable to use. We were left a couple of dishwasher tablets, but no washing up liquid and not enough mugs etc. We ate out a lot, but still had to run a half filled dishwasher to have enough crockery.
