  : we stayed 4 nights. The property is clean, convenient as its close to city centre attractions and its modern in decor. 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. sufficient for 3-4 persons. theres a microwave and an oven so we could cook some nights.
  : no elevator. we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to 3rd floor. near restaurants so can be bit noisy but it doesnt us. theres renovations upstairs so theres a little knocking throughout the day but we were out most days so its ok.

  : 2 flights of stairs with luggage and no elevator, the beds were not comfortable. There was construction within the unit during the day which cannot be helped but wished we had known

  : Noisy at night/ steep stairs to get to apartment with suitcases as no lift/bunk beds in second bedroom a bit uncomfortable

  : Love the location. It is perfect to walk to and on first arrival especially when you see on google maps that you are less then 100m away from one of the most beautuful churches you have ever seen. Incredible location. Loved having separate rooms and bathrooms and great cafes restaurants gelaterias so close. We will be back!

  : The property was prime location
  : The entire apartment smelled of sewage. We complained but nothing was fixed. The master bathroom was unusable bc of the odor. In the listing it says 2 bedroom. 2 king beds. I got 1 king which was lumpy old and awful and the other room was a full mattress not king. And there were cockroaches!!!

  : The location was terrific for exploring historic Florence. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms were extremely convenient. Bathrooms were modern in design and functioned well.
  : Would love to had a small area rug in the living room to allow for a soft surface and to stretch in in the morning. In addition, an extra upholstered chair in there would have been nice. Would love to have had a washing machine too.

  : Good location, 2 bathrooms were hard to come by so that was nice.
  : Not great beds/linens. Felt very cheap and need a refresh. Manager overly concerned that I pay city tax, even though I had already paid several hundred for our stay and had no issue paying the tax. I was called several times leading up to our stay and I had little to no cell coverage. The worry for $44 seemed over the top. Its a nice apartment but an upgrade on furniture would make it more comfortable. Also, two sets of keys would have been nice since one person who stayed in one night was locked inside.
