  : very basic but close to the historical centre of Florence very pleasant owner and helpful
  : bit of a strange breakfast just in the room with a few items of bread cake and sachets of coffee next to the main rail station so a bit rough

  : The place looks newly renovated. Very clean and breakfast was provided. Juice and yogurt tea and coffee..
  : The location looked unsafe and felt unsafe to walk back in the evening from dinner.. no close by restaurants. Parking was a BIG problem and the owner did not seem to care. As i had to keep on asking where we are allowed to park and how to pay.. while advertising parking available at a cost of 25 that we were willing to pay but the owner looked reluctant to arrange this . We cut our stay short and moved over to a different town that met our needs better. The owner himself did not even bother to come himself to hand over our keys. Send a 3rd party to do so while he kept in sending me messages to advise hime i. Advance og om excat time of arrival days prioir to the trip and on day of arrival 30 min before the time you need to let him know you are 30 min away and still he coyld not come to the b&b to meet us himself.. Felt it was in poor taste.. Made me feel like (I got yoyr money ) that was all i wanted. Dont bother me with anything else

  : The two men who seemed to run it were pretty friendly and helpful.
  : The room was literally right on the train line - so trains shuddered by while I tried to sleep. Even with windows closed, I needed a sleeping tablet and ear plugs to sleep. But with windows closed it was hot and we needed the air conditioning on which was aweful. The room was many stories up with no lift but in fairness they did carry our bags up. Its not really a hotel - just an apartment turned into rooms. There was no real breakfast served. Just self served dried biscuits, yogurt and drinks. We could not use the kitchen area due to covid risk.
