  : It was very nice to enter the room with a password and to have everything thought of in general. We did not have any problems in terms of hygiene. It was far from the train station but close to the central tourist areas.
  : The building is quite old and there is no elevator. The stairs are very steep and narrow. That's why it was difficult to go out with the suitcase. Physically disadvantaged people can be challenged because of this. The room can be stuffy because it faces the apartment space. The temperature problem was also tried to be solved with the fan.

  : Only decent thing about this place is the location is ok, but other places are much better at a much better price, we have ended up at a place near the bridge which is lovely and brilliant service and the location is just as good if not better!
  : The fan assisted room is barely fan assisted. You might as well take a hand held in with you, which would probably be as much use as the 30cm fan they have at the other end of the room! They claimed they offered us a bigger one to booking.com which they absolutely did not! The room reaches ridiculous temperatures. We were also on the second floor, so it felt like a steam room in there. Me and my partner had to resort to wetting towels and putting them in the fridge and then over our bodies to try and get some sleep as it is literally unbearable. The shower would flood and it wasnt exactly the cleanest room we have stayed in as it had dust hanging from the ceiling all round the room. Especially for the price you pay. We dont usually complain or like to complain, however it was unbearable and we could not have gone on staying there, as we had zero sleep and also due to concerns for my partners health. I told the staff about my partners health issues to which they replied it was not their problem so it is safe to say, the safety of their customers is not paramount. I am sure due their passive aggressive nature they will reply to this review with some form of sarcastic unprofessional reply which I have seen them do previously but trust me guys, stay away from this place. We only wish we looked at the reviews from other peoples past experiences and took them on board. They also cancelled the booking as a no show which was not true and against the website policy, as we stayed and showed up, but have unfortunately had to pay for another room as we could no longer continue to stay there. We are now fighting to get our hard earned money back for the remaining nights we did not stay, which unsurprisingly the hotel are refusing to do, however we are adamant to get this resolved and have faith booking.com will rectify the matter for us.

  : The location was so good, only a few minute walk to the cathedral. Really easy to get everywhere
  : There was aircon, however it only worked for a few hours one day and the rest wouldnt work so it was quite hot. There was an extra fan which helped but just a shame the aircon wouldnt work

  : A great location for exploring Florence, close proximity with the attractions. Nothing fancy but serves the purpose for a short stay. Comfy bed and clean. It generally met my expectations.
  : It's an old building and there are quite some stairs with narrow walls to get to the rooms. It can be a bit of a hassle after walking all day or if you bring luggages. There is a loud noise coming from the air conditioners outside which can disrupt your sleep.
