Disappointing
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Location was close to the train station so suited us for that purpose. Also good walking distance to tourist area.
  : Our room was minuscule; definitely NOT the size advertised. There was no room safe, which was ridiculous for a tourist hotel and the shower was so tight you could not even bend down to wash your toes (we are not large people). Our friends who we were travelling with had their original room that they booked downgraded. The hotel obviously sold it for a higher price to someone else. This was so disappointing for them. To book a room with a view and then to be placed elsewhere for a negative experience cannot be compensated for.

  : Location and breakfast was excellent
  : The name of the hotel was not listed out the front it was under another hotel name. The bed room and bathroom were very small. The shower was tiny and there was no bathroom bench so no where to put makeup and toiletry bags Just a sink.

  : When I arrived the hotel , staff said the room was overbooked and invited same group hotel named L.O. hotel which located just one minute walk .The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay in Frorence. I appreciate the hospitarity of hotel staffs.
  : Unfortunately, there are no USB charging outlets. I believe all the customers require to charge their smartphone.

  : The hotel has a great location, just 5 min walking distance to the train station or to the center. There are many restaurants/cafes around the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is very spacious. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. We also had a cutish terrace. The staff was nice and friendly. Although the hotel decoration its nothing like the pictures on their website. To start with the hotel is not red like the name itself says it (Hotel Rosso), it has actually tones of blues at the entrance and in the lobby.The rooms are not at all as modern with modem deco like in their website or with the red tones.
  : I did not like at all the superheroes statues around the hotel. I found them very out of place especially for a hotel in Firenze and again, nothing like in their website. I thought it was very strange.
